Celebrating Small Wins Transforms Your Health Journey

Celebrating small wins is everything!
So often we are focused on our big goals and gloss right over the little, incremental progress that adds up to being able to check off those really big goals and experience growth.
Today, I’m celebrating a healing milestone. It’s not a final, done and finished kind of thing.
It’s a continuous process.
Our bodies are not robotic machines. Let’s throw out those unrealistic expectations like, “When I can lift ____ weight I’ll be strong”, or
“When I weigh _____ lbs I’ll be pretty or thin enough”, or
“When I only eat protein and never eat sugar, I’ll be healthy”.
There is no endpoint.
It’s an ebb and flow.
All connected: input and output of energy, sun, sleep, food, exercise and internal hormonal and metabolic changes.
So it’s about embracing the flow and the process, becoming more and more in touch with our bodies and choosing daily.
What feels right based on solid habits we form to support overall health.
And you may say,
What if I find a huge challenge in forming those habits?
I don’t even know where to start!
I’ve tried everything and I’m still stuck in a cycle that isn’t working for me!
That’s ok.
You don’t have to do it alone.
And there are options for real help that work.
Today, I’m celebrating my gut healing enough to eat small amounts of my favorite Cabot Seriously Sharp cheddar cheese without major repercussions!
And yes, this is a lettuce and cheese sandwich! No judging!𤣠It tasted great and my system was happy with it!
A big win!
