Winter has a way of pulling attention toward what feels hard.

Toward the extreme cold.

Hype around it makes everything worse.

And all of this is contracted.
Closed off- feeling.
Tightening.
Bracing.
Tension- building.

I’m choosing to shift the focus today.

To warmth.
To alignement.
To growth.
To expansion.
To steady and intentional movement to momentum.
To opening up and receiving.
To positive energy.

What you focus on and feel, grows.

In weather.
In business.
In health.
In wealth.
In energy.
To expansion.
