Discovering Daily Bright Spots and the Importance of Movement.

Since today started with wind and rain I’m adding this reminder to find the sun/ bright spots each day.
In my series, about what we do/ use to “keep up with it all”, one important piece is to find the sun.
The literal sun provides warmth, mood elevation, vitamin D, balance for your circadian rhythm: a better sleep at night, better energy during the day, and overall feeling of wellness.
Get some sunlight in your eyeballs and on your skin early in the morning, every day!
But what about the days when the sun isn’t out?
Still get outside and move!
And then find your theoretical and internal sunshine. Shine that out and share it.
There are always bright spots in your day.
Put on fun, positive and praising music. Dance around.
Focus on these bright spots.
If you’re solar powered, like I am, you may feel drained and grumpy when it’s cloudy.
This is the time when it’s more important than ever to have other tools to help and get outside and move your body in the fresh air.
I get it!
You don’t feel like it. It’s normal.
Do it anyway, then you’ll feel better!
If you have a dog, or other animal that needs to go outside, or needs to be fed, let them help push you to get out there. ❤️ 🐾 🐴
This is why we have a variety of tools.
It takes a layered system to keep us going.
Simple but layered.
Your body is multidimensional.
Therefore, your tools must be also. 🛠️🌟🙌🏽
