Finding Beauty in Every Storm

As I watched this thunder storm roll in last night, and hustled around to finish a few chores outside before it hit, I could not stop looking at the layers crashing into each other.

The colors, sounds, light, and energy.
Such a great reminder that we are all comprised of so many layers.
Some light and lovely.
Some dark and heavy.
All have energy.
All have a purpose.
All are beautiful in their own way.
We are all of it.

And we have the choice each moment, by giving energy to it, which one we let rise to the surface.

The rumbles of thunder, flashes of lightening, glorious colors and light, heavy rain, all of it.

Which are you feeling and choosing today?

Perhaps all?

There is always energy and movement, as long as we choose to ride it.

Getting stuck in one is also a choice.

The speed and change these clouds exhibited last night were such a great reminder of this.

Allow the energy to flow and life is less rocky.
