Where are all my mid-life magical women who have it ingrained in them that you just need to “deal with it”?
That you should just cowgirl up, tough it out and not take the easy way out.
And you have always just figured it out, made do, and made it happen.
But what happens when your body doesn’t cooperate anymore?
When menopause hits and hormone and metabolic challenges make you start to wonder if you’re going nuts?
Why isn’t your body cooperating like it used to?!
Midsection fluff
Broken restless sleep
Brain fog
Bloating
Aches and pains showing up from who knows where?
Anxiety… where did this come from?
And suddenly just working harder and eating different things isn’t working.
But you keep pushing through, and just dealing with it, like you always have.
Because, well, that’s how you’ve always gotten through and it worked before.
It’s the story that’s familiar.
Until now.
I get it!
Momming through midlife and menopause/ perimenopause is not for the weak hearted.
It is messy.
It can feel like A LOT!
Keeping up and being there for all the things is super important and you deserve to feel good.
Know this: It’s ok to have an assist.
You’re not weak.
You’re not taking the “easy way out”.
There’s no shame in taking care of yourself and your needs.
