There’s a delicate balance between striving for your goals and being grateful and at peace with where you are.
I don’t have the perfect balance but I’ve discovered that operating from a place of deep gratitude and appreciation for your current state of being and accomplishment builds faith and confidence for your next step.
If you’re always focusing on what you haven’t done, your mind and body never realize it’s possible to achieve what you set out to do.
So take the time to really celebrate and cement each win, each day, and use them as stepping stones, evidence and fuel for achieving your next goal.
