Whether it’s healing physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually,
Or any combination of the above.
There are countless options and assortments out there that work for some and not others.
The bottom line is, find what works for you and embrace it.
Fully dive into being your own advocate.
When did the process of healing, getting well, living your best life, become so much about other people’s opinions of what you are doing?
I have felt this too.
And have released it.
True peace and healing comes when you know deep down that you are doing what is best for you.
Maybe you are not sure where to turn next?
That’s normal and understandable.
I share what has worked for my hyper sensitive, menopausal, interrupted sleep, fractious digestive system, adrenal taxed, many hat wearing, healing body.
And after battling through many phases and options, finally finding a combination that is working feels amazing!
Here’s the blend that is working now:

How much? That depends on the day. I have to listen to what my body needs.
