Since today started with wind and rain Iâm adding this reminder to find the sun/ bright spots each day.
In my series, about what we do/ use to âkeep up with it allâ, one important piece is to find the sun.
The literal sun provides warmth, mood elevation, vitamin D, balance for your circadian rhyth...
How you start your day sets up the entire day.
Can you change it as the day goes on? Sure! You can make a shift at any moment.
But why not start out at your best?
Here are some of my favorite things to do to set up my day:
No digital until after I do the following :
Morning stretches
Morning gratitude/ ...
Rainbows. đ
They show me thereâs always beauty and light, even in what seems like dreary times.
I was once told, âYouâre miss Sally Sunshine arenât you? All you see are sunshine and rainbows! đ âď¸ â!!
And I agreed with that person!
It was meant as a back handed compliment in response to me asking them...

Jerky Recipe:
for 2 lbs. 12 oz of raw meat (Approximately)
4 TBSP Braggs Aminos, Coconut Aminos or low sodium soy sauce
1/3-1/2 c water
3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 drops hot sauce (more to taste)
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
3-1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp stevia or...
As I turned the last horse out at sunset, picked up an empty mineral bag and a pair of socks at the gate (Iâll let you guess who left them there đ¤Ł),
